Delicatessen

Delicatessens sell fine foods such as cured meats and fish, cheeses and spreads, caviar, nut and olive oils, luxury confectionery, or fine wine. In the USA and Canada, most businesses called "deli" are actually convenience shops or restaurants, while a true deli is more likely to be called a fine-foods store or gourmet shop.
